Introduction

This section outlines the official exhibitor registration procedure, participation requirements, and contact details for the CAAF China Architectural Acoustics & Noise Control Industry Expo. Exhibitors are advised to carefully review the following information to ensure a smooth application and booth confirmation process.


Exhibitor Registration Procedure

To apply for exhibition space at CAAF, please follow the steps below:

  1. Complete the Exhibitor Contract Application Form as required

  2. Submit the completed form to the Organizing Committee via email

  3. Booth allocation will be uniformly arranged by the Organizing Committee

  4. Upon confirmation of the booth number, the exhibitor must remit 50% of the booth fee as a deposit within five (5) working days

  5. Once the deposit is received, the booth reservation will be officially confirmed

  6. The remaining balance must be paid no later than one (1) months before the exhibition opening

⚠️ Failure to make payments within the specified timeframe may result in booth cancellation.


Important Notes for Exhibitors

To maintain the professional standards of the exhibition, all exhibitors must comply with the following regulations:

  • After submission and confirmation of the Exhibitor Contract, booth space may not be transferred, canceled, or reduced, and all participation fees must be paid in full

  • Exhibitors must remit booth fees within the designated payment period to secure booth allocation; otherwise, the application will be deemed invalid and the Organizing Committee reserves the right to reassign the booth

  • All exhibited products must fall strictly within the scope of the exhibition

    • If unrelated products are displayed on-site, the Organizing Committee has the right to revoke exhibitor qualifications, and booth fees will not be refunded

  • Fees for custom booth electricity, power supply, logistics, and transportation are not included in the basic exhibition fee

    • Detailed charges are outlined in the Exhibitor Service Manual

This ensures a focused, professional, and fair exhibition environment for all participants.
