Polyester Fiber Acoustic Panels
Made of 100% polyester fiber by thermoforming, the panels are non-toxic and odor-free, free of formaldehyde and fiberglass. They are eco-friendly, safe, sound-absorbing and noise-reducing, easy to install and multi-purpose. Widely applied in meeting rooms, KTVs, recording studios, as well as various roofs, walls, partitions and ceilings, they deliver outstanding sound absorption and noise reduction performance. Standard thickness options: 9mm/12mm/15mm/24mm; standard size: 2420×1220mm, custom sizes available. Fire resistance rating reaches Class B1.
PVC Veneered Acoustic Panels
PVC veneered polyester fiber acoustic panels adopt high-density polyester fiber acoustic panels as the base material, with wear-resistant and moisture-proof PVC decorative film laminated on the surface. They retain the excellent sound absorption and noise reduction performance of polyester fiber panels (NRC can reach above 0.8), and feature rich decorative effects of PVC veneer including wood grain, stone grain and solid colors, as well as easy-clean, scratch-resistant, mildew-proof and waterproof properties. The product is eco-friendly and formaldehyde-free, easy to install and cut. It is suitable for indoor environments requiring both acoustic control and attractive appearance & durability, such as home theaters, meeting rooms, KTVs and offices.
Printed Polyester Fiber Acoustic Panels
3D Polyester Fiber Acoustic Panels
3D polyester fiber acoustic panels are thermoformed from 100% polyester fiber. Their surface features three-dimensional geometric textures such as pyramid, wave or eggshell patterns. They not only deliver outstanding sound absorption and noise reduction performance (NRC can exceed 0.8), but also realize diffuse reflection of sound waves through the concave-convex structure to reduce echoes and standing waves, further improving sound clarity. Eco-friendly and formaldehyde-free, the panels are lightweight, flexible and easy to install. The 3D shape itself serves as a decorative element, enabling layered wall effects without additional covering layers.
Wood Slat Grille Acoustic Panels
Wood slat grille polyester fiber acoustic panels use high-density polyester fiber acoustic panels as the substrate, with real wood veneer or PVC wood-grain strips laminated on the surface to form regularly arranged grille or vertical strip patterns. They retain the excellent sound absorption and noise reduction performance of polyester fiber materials. Meanwhile, the gaps between wood slats and the three-dimensional structure enhance the diffuse reflection of sound waves to effectively reduce echoes.
Flexible Acoustic Panels
Bendable MDF Wall Panel is an innovative panel featuring both strength and flexibility. With a special structural design (such as V-grooves or textile backing support), it overcomes the limitation that traditional MDF cannot be bent. It is a modern decorative material integrating design freedom, easy installation, stable performance, environmental friendliness and cost-effectiveness.
