Break through the industry pain point of "noisy and stuffy" for soundproof booths. Yinbosh

Industry Dilemma:
Why Are Soundproof Booths "Noisy and Stuffy"?
In recent years, with the explosive growth of demands for hybrid office, online education, live-streaming e-commerce and healthy sleep, soundproof booths have evolved from "phone booths" in office buildings into essential products covering multiple scenarios such as office, study, medical care, hotel and home use. However, behind the rapid market expansion, the polarization of product experience has become increasingly prominent. "Noise" and "stuffiness" have become the two most common persistent problems in consumer complaints.
"Noise" — The sound insulation fails to live up to its reputation. A large number of low-cost products are built with single-layer sheet metal and simple sound-absorbing cotton. They have crude sealing structures and lack acoustic bridge break treatment. Their actual sound insulation is only about 20dB, far below the advertised 35dB+. More importantly, most products can only block medium and high-frequency human voices, and hardly work against low-frequency structure-borne sound such as noise from air conditioning rooms, footsteps from upper floors and elevator operation. Industry insiders point out that the biggest technical difficulty for soundproof booths has never been blocking human speech, but suppressing low-frequency impact sound and mechanical vibration noise.
"Stuffiness" — Air crisis in enclosed space. Acoustic sealing and air circulation are inherently contradictory. To achieve sound insulation above 35dB, the booth must be highly airtight. Without active ventilation in such a sealed tiny space, users will suffer dizziness, chest tightness and reduced concentration within more than ten minutes due to rising CO₂ concentration. Worse still, some products simply thicken plates and seal all gaps for better sound insulation, only fitting a small fan in a tiny hole at the corner. The air volume is insufficient and air flow short-circuits. Carbon dioxide level inside the booth can surge above 3000ppm overnight. "Feeling more tired after sleep" is a common complaint among sleep booth users. Even if fresh air fans are installed, the duct noise caused by simple openings will directly ruin the quiet effect, falling into a vicious cycle: noisy with the fan on, stuffy with the fan off.
The R&D director of Yinboshi stated: "At this stage of the industry, 'being able to insulate sound' is merely the minimum requirement. 'Good sound insulation without stuffiness' is the real dividing line. Our two new products are designed to fundamentally resolve this contradiction."

New Product 1: New-Generation Intelligent Office Soundproof Booth —
"Thorough Quietness, Refreshing Air Exchange"
The newly launched new-generation intelligent office soundproof booth is a comprehensive upgrade of Yinboshi's classic product, with core improvements centered on three dimensions: "triple noise reduction + low-noise fresh air + smart interaction."
In terms of acoustic architecture, the product retains Yinboshi's signature four-layer composite wall structure of "sound insulation — damping — vibration isolation — sound absorption." The outer layer adopts an aviation-grade aluminum alloy profile frame, the middle layer consists of high-density composite sound insulation panels and damping vibration-isolation layers, and the inner layer is lined with eco-friendly polyester fiber sound-absorbing cotton. Combined with double-layer magnetic-controlled sealing strips and high-speed-rail-grade acoustic glass, the booth has been tested by SGS, an authoritative third-party testing body, achieving a sound insulation rating of RW+Ctr 35dB±3dB, with background noise inside the booth controlled within 35dB(A). To address the challenge of low-frequency sound transmission, an independent floating floor platform has been added at the bottom of the booth, using damping springs and rubber pads to break structural sound bridges, effectively blocking low-frequency vibrations below 100Hz.
In terms of ventilation system, the new product abandons the traditional rough approach of "drilled holes + fans," adopting Yinboshi's self-developed silent split-duct fresh air system: intake and exhaust are completely separated, and air is processed through three stages — a sound-dampening chamber, a labyrinth-style air duct, and a HEPA filter. While achieving an air exchange rate of ≥20 times per hour, the operating noise of the air duct is as low as ≤30dB(A), truly achieving "only air exchange, no noise ingress." The booth is equipped with an integrated CO₂, temperature & humidity, and VOC sensor. Fresh air volume is automatically steplessly adjusted based on the number of occupants and air quality, consistently maintaining the CO₂ concentration within a healthy range below 1000ppm.
In terms of experience details, the booth is equipped with an ergonomic chair, a foldable worktop, USB-C / wireless charging modules, and anti-glare LED reading lights. The door panel features a smart electronic lock and status indicator lights (idle / in use), supporting integration with WeCom / DingTalk reservation systems. Three specifications are available: single-person booth, double-person booth, and four-person meeting booth. Featuring modular assembly design, on-site installation can be completed in just 2 hours without modifying the building structure.

New Product 2: AI Negative Ion & Composite Nano Water Ion Sleep Booth — "A Breathing Deep Sleep Space"
If the office soundproof booth solves the problem of "focus," then the AI negative ion and composite nano water ion sleep booth, also making its debut at the same time, targets an even more promising track — healthy sleep.
This sleep booth is not a traditional "soundproof bed cover," but a closed-loop sleep micro-environment system integrating acoustic insulation, air purification, micro-climate regulation, and AI-assisted sleep. Its biggest technical highlight is that Yinboshi has, for the first time, integrated AI negative ion generation technology and composite nano water ion technology into the booth's environmental management module.
The AI negative ion system continuously generates high-concentration ecological-grade negative oxygen ions (concentration up to 2 million/cm³) through high-voltage corona discharge. These negative ions can actively capture airborne suspended particles such as PM2.5, pollen, and dust mite excrement, causing them to aggregate and settle. They also disrupt the molecular structure of bacteria and viruses to achieve sterilization, and decompose VOC gases such as formaldehyde and benzene series. More importantly, high-concentration negative oxygen ions have been confirmed by multiple studies to regulate the autonomic nervous system, lower heart rate and blood pressure, and alleviate anxiety, helping users fall asleep from a physiological level.
The composite nano water ion technology is an advanced upgrade based on traditional negative ions: the system applies a high-voltage electric field to water molecules, splitting them into nano-sized charged water ion particles. These water-bearing ions have a diameter just one-billionth that of ordinary water vapor, allowing them to penetrate deep into fabric fibers and crevices, delivering four benefits — sterilization, deodorization, moisturization, and allergen suppression. They have a significant inhibitory effect on common sleep-environment allergens such as dust mites, as well as sweat and mold odors, while avoiding the skin and respiratory discomfort caused by the dry air of traditional negative ion systems, maintaining booth humidity within the human comfort range of 45%-60%.
On the acoustic level, the sleep booth adopts the same four-layer composite sound insulation structure as the office booth, with optimized low-frequency insulation performance tailored to nighttime ambient noise characteristics. The sound insulation rating reaches RW+Ctr 35dB±3dB, effectively blocking external traffic and neighborhood living noise to below 30dB(A), a sleep-friendly level. The ventilation system adds a sleep-assist mode on top of the silent fresh air: before bedtime, it automatically increases the release of negative ions and nano water ions while gradually lowering the booth temperature by 0.5–1°C (simulating the drop in core body temperature required for humans to fall asleep). Users can also choose white noise, natural sounds, or brainwave sleep-assist audio via the APP, played through directional speakers inside the booth without leaking outward.
The booth exterior features a minimalist rounded design, with optional smart dimming glass (transparent when powered / frosted when off). Inside, a sleep monitoring belt is integrated, recording heart rate, breathing rate, body movement, and sleep stages in real time. An AI sleep report is generated the next day with recommendations for optimizing environmental parameters.
